Making Engagement Pay: The Master of Mobile

Mobilesquared were tasked by leading UK customer engagement company, Oxygen8, to carry out primary research to help educate brands on how to engage their customers, and to provide a platform to position their multichannel solutions, powered by mobile.

Rather than produce a dry, fact-led report, Mobilesquared created the “Master of Mobile” concept, exploring which brands across various key verticals were rated top for engagement by UK consumers- carrying out extensive original research to a panel of tens of thousands, the first piece of research to look at multichannel engagement exclusively from a consumer point of view – and looking at best practice strategies and stand-out initiatives implemented by the top rated brands across the customer journey, from pre to post purchase.

This resulted in a compelling piece of content which caught the attention of major brands, and drove coverage in key media including Bloomberg, Tech UK and Mobile Marketing Marketing Magazine. The findings of the research were revealed at a “Masters of Mobile” awards event at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, attended by Facebook, Amazon and Barclays amongst other brands, and published in a white paper titled “Mastering Multichannel Journeys: Making Engagement Pay”
